If you come here once, I guarantee that you will come every year! Therefore, we will show you a popular beach, museums, waterfalls in Antalya because we are so sure that you will love Antalya! 🙂

1. Oymapınar Lake / Oymapınar Gölü

You can take a boat trip on the lake and mountain and forest trips around. You can join events according to the environment you imagine. You can have even a picnic with your friends. Leave yourself to the smell of the sea, a vision of a green environment and listen to music and dance!

2.Kaputaş Beach / Kaputaş Plajı

Known as ‘Canyon Mouth’ beach where is on the coastal road between Kaş and Kalkan, one of the most beautiful beach of Antalya. Look its colour!

3.Arykanda Ören Area / Arykanda Ören Yeri

Antalya is home to many advantages such as nightlife, sun and sea, as well as artefacts, historical ruins. Arykanda is in the ruins of the ancient city in Turkey in the attached list, you spend quite an enjoyable environment as a visitor and see interesting artefacts, stories there. Touch history!

4.Gökbük Canyon / Gökbük Kanyonu

It is located in the village of the same name. In the canyon, endangered wild animals and many endemic plant species are seen.

Located in the west of the city centre, on the Mediterranean coast of Konyaalti district, is the most important and popular beach. Konyaalti Beach, which is a pebble beach with a length of 7 km, extending from the cliffs of the harbour of Antalya, forms a public beach with a blue flag title of 4.5 km long and 70 m wide. Konyaalti, where the paid and free sections are located, is hosting the port city of Olbia, which is used by Termessians living in mountainous areas in ancient times.

8.Altınbeşik Cave / Altınbeşik Mağarası

Altınbeşik is one of the national parks of our country. Another name of the cave is also known as the Düdensuyu cave. The cave was brought to Turkish tourism and history in 1995. Starting from the first entrance, the cave starts with a 125 m long lake. The interior of the cave is accessible by boat. If you want to make your day interesting, you can choose to go there!

9.Adrasan Bay / Adrasan Koyu

If you come to the history of the region, you can see the traces of the Hellenistic period all over Adrasan, and you can visit the other ancient cities which are very short distance to the surrounding towns. You will admire them!

The flames of Yanartas rising through the rocks have been burning for 100 years. Yanartaş, also known as Eternal Fire, has a natural source of fire and is one of the miraculous natural beauties of Anatolia. It is located in Beydağları National Park, Çıralı and Olympos Hills, 230 meters above sea level. The flames of Chimaera are seen even from the sea. Exciting!

12.Rhodiapolis Ancient City / Rhodiapolis Antik Kenti

Located on a hill near the village of Sarcasm in the Kumluca district of Antalya, Rhodiapolis is considered a city founded by the Rhodians because of its name. Very close to the Gagai, Phaselis, Korydalla and Olympos is one of the very few in the region, such as the colony of Rhodes.

13.Toy Museum / Oyuncak Müzesi

While you are walking around the museum, you will find your favourite toys or your favourite cartoon heroes. So, it will be a very fun trip not only for your child but also for you. You will have to spend a lot of time at the museum that closes at 18:00. This is because it is one of the most comprehensive museums in the world.

The importance of Side Theater in terms of architectural history; despite other Roman theatres such as mountain slope, was not built on arched spaces. The theatre, which consists of three sections, cavea, orchestra and scene, is the biggest and monumental one among the Pamphylia theatres.

Köprülü Canyon is a natural wonder declared as a national park. The world-famous Köprüçay river passes through the canyon. The region attracts tourists from all over the world every year.

Saklıkent located right next to Antalya the ski resort of Turkey’s natural beauty reflects the distinct side. Due to its location which is 1 hour away from Antalya, it can be experienced a few seasons a day.

Termessos is one of the best preserved ancient city in Turkey. It is hidden among many wild plants and is restricted to frequent pine forests. Termessos has a different and impressive atmosphere than other ancient cities with its peaceful and untouched appearance. Because of its natural and historical riches, it is included in the National Park which is named after the city.

19.Kurşunlu Waterfall / Kurşunlu Şelalesi

Aksu which is located within Antalya, 22 km from the city centre, it is one of the natural beauties of Anatolia. Kurşunlu Waterfall, which consists of 7 small ponds that are poured from a height of 18 meters and connected with small waterfalls, is located within a 2 km canyon.

20.Güver Cliff / Güver Uçurumu

It has all the characteristics of the vegetation of the Mediterranean Sea such as maki, juniper, oak, cherry oak, chewing gum, carob and shrubs, and the canyon from the top of the canyon with tree and shrub communities can be watched. The tea flowing through the canyon is poured into the Mediterranean Sea as the Bullseye in Konyaalti.

21.Antalya Museum / Antalya Müzesi

It was built in 1922 by teacher Süleyman Fikri Erten in order to protect the artefacts that were saved from the looting of the occupying forces coming to the region after World War I. The museum was first located in Alaaddin Mosque in Kaleiçi and later in Yivli Minare Mosque.

22.Düden Waterfall / Düden Şelalesi

One of the exquisite beauties of Antalya is the Duden Waterfalls. We said waterfalls because the Düden Creek, which takes its origin from the Kepez Hydroelectric Power Plant, is divided into two branches and the waterfalls in these two branches are poured into the Mediterranean.

23.Antalya Zoo / Antalya Hayvanat Bahçesi

Antalya Zoo, which was founded under the leadership of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality in 1989. Although it is not the most widespread zoo in our country, the natural environmental conditions provided for animals are considered to be among the most successful.

Yoruk Park is located on Küçükburun peninsula which is completely state forest and national park. In this area, next to the marina, the theme park and living open-air folklore museum function and concept are served.
